Steve not only helps his clients with their real estate needs, he is a very active real estate investor. His vast experience and knowledge in home renovations, foreclosures, and experience as a landlord benefit his clients and agents as well. Those skills give Steve a sharp eye in pointing out potential problems when showing properties to his buyers, so that they can make better decisions.

Kimberly Shea is a trusted name in the real estate industry with over 20 years of experience.  Kim’s accomplishments include the CRS designation, out of more than 1 million Realtors, less than 3% are Certified Residential Specialists.

A graduate of Minnesota State University Mankato with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a minor in marketing, her expertise in this field allows her to help many sellers with staging (using their existing furniture) and guiding sellers on how to declutter their homes so they can sell for top dollar (a complimentary service to all of her clients).

While Kim’s sense of style gives her great attention to detail, her high energy and excellent communication skills help make buying and selling an enjoyable process.  Outside of the Office, Kim is married and lives in the East Metro.  She is also a member at Eagle Brook Church.

Linda loves being a realtor! She has a total of 15+ years of experience selling real estate. She got her start in the 90’s, then after 5 years decided to switch to a day job at 3M and bought, fixed up and sold a few homes and cabins with her husband. In 2014, after 17 years at 3M, she got her real estate license again and here she is today, happy as ever!

Linda has a special love for lakeshore properties – she enjoys hearing the stories from the sellers and seeing the excitement of the new buyers. She herself has lived on a lake for 25 years and knows the lakes in the area and the ins-and-outs of buying and selling lake properties.

Linda has her license in both MN & WI and she has helped clients all over – from Superior to Lake Chetek to Cannon Falls to Shakopee to Brainerd – Linda has been everywhere! Linda has a lot of knowledge of many different areas related to real estate transactions, such as: septic systems, wells, hunting land, estates, remodeling, inspections and VRBOs. New construction is also an area of expertise and she has helped many people build their dream homes. She also got lucky with some great connections: a loan officer, title company and the broker and support staff at Sunset!

  • Social events are great – everyone always has Real Estate questions or stories. She really likes to get to know the people she works with as it helps her to personalize her service to best meet their needs.
  • Most of all, she gets to see lots of houses…old, new, big, small, in the city or out in the country, they are all interesting! All the unique styles and tastes in decorating are so fun to see too.

When Linda is not busy with real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband.  In the Winter, they are all about snowmobiling, with old and new sleds. In the Summer, they enjoy being at home on the lake where they always have something going on.

Ken has enjoyed working for the Veterans and helping through the V.A. Loan processing and donates his time to helping Veterans to make sure they get in touch with the Veterans Administration and make sure how this process works and get them in touch with a Veterans Officer to see if they qualify for any benefits also besides find a home of their choice through the V.A. Loan.
